"Wing Dreams" is a seminal piece from which I extrapolated dynamic wave patterns, Aether principles, or mean properties. I started this work in 1995 and continued with it for a decade. (Shown here are but a few samples.) The series began with the painting, "Wing Dreams,", proceeded through digital (computer) patterns, eventually manifesting in three dimensional works of clay, ranging from large, handbuilt, vessels to ceramic tiles. I've often wondered what they might look like as a quilt...

Before the band members launched their chart-topping Showroom of Compassion CD last month, they donated clothing for a contrarian project that flies in the face of the digital age. Scraps of the musicians' clothing were used to create special paper for 24-page lyric books that accompany an elaborate package for the band's single, "Bound Away."
